In-person Coaching is the most effective way to smash your goals. Whether you are trying to boost your strength, looking to perfect your Olympic lifting, built a great engine, or get your first muscle-up. In-person Coaching will help you get there, while providing you with the structure you need to be consistent.

To make sure that the training suits your unique situation and desires, I always start with an initial assessment, in which we assess:

  • Goals & ambitions

  • Movement quality & restrictions

  • Training experience

  • Lifestyle & Nutrition

This will provide us with a great baseline to build your training around. Based on your unique skills and lifestyle I will create a tailored approach to get you to your goals as quickly as possible.

In-person Coaching includes:

  • One-on-one guidance and feedback + personal attention

  • Testing and assessing

  • Diverse, well-structured and workout progressions

  • A fully personalized training plan including:

    • Strength

    • Conditioning

    • Power

    • Technical drills

    • Mobility

    • Energy system training

  • Recovery guidance

  • Periodization to suit competitive season

  • Nutritional support including:

    • Determination of (ideal) caloric intake

    • Macro breakdown

    • Advice on food-choices

    • Advice on supplements

I work with all kinds of timelines, although a minimum of 8-12 weeks is recommended. All in-person training is currently done out of Kracht Amsterdam, in the Houthavens in Amsterdam.
